RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY INTERPRETATION The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in uppercase, lowercase, singular, or plural. CANCELLATION RIGHTS You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 48 hours without giving any reason. The deadline for canceling an Order is 48 hours from the time you ordered the item(s). We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned item(s). CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS To be eligible for a return, the item purchased must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we may evaluate the issue and make it right. EXCHANGES The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse any exchange for any or no reason. All exchanges are subject to the terms and conditions laid out herein. REFUNDS We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
